Beautiful packaging
The profile fits me well. First, the aroma of cinnamon pops out, then creamy vanilla and the sweetness of raisins. Cinnamon bitterness at the end.
At V60, the extraction temperature had to be reduced to 89 degrees. Finer grinding.
There is such cinnamon bitterness in the aftertaste, which may not suit everyone

It's not downright bad, but I've tasted coffee with a similar flavor profile before, and this one was the weakest.
The acidity of the green fruit does not suit this Christmas coffee. How to make green apple stew.

beautiful visuals, which is usual for Kmen
cinnamon scent
the taste has several layers, unfortunately the strong acidity usually prevails
it is necessary to prepare carefully, coarser grinding tends to be quite acidic
I can't prepare for V60, I prefer Clever
the acidity overpowers the other flavors
the descriptors don't fit very well (except for the cinnamon smell)

I recognized almost nothing from the promised flavor profile. Bitter coffee, slightly pungent on the tongue - how about cinnamon? I was expecting topstrop Christmas coffee, but disappointment :(
The package I had was roasted on 22.10.
After opening, the beans did not smell like other coffees.

Well, this didn't work, we tried it on the V60 and on the aeropress, but something always came out that I didn't drink. I had to pour it out every time. There's a hint of vanilla and cinnamon, but it's dominated by a bitter, burnt-out flavor. I don't know if it wasn't just me, but I would have expected much better coffee from my favorite roastery as a Christmas special. I hope it was just a bad batch - roasted 11/5/2024
