Smells nice
This one didn't work out. I tried 5 different recipes, still very strong and pungent taste, can't get rid of the bitterness.
The flavor profile is completely off, jasmine, lemonade, and Turkish jelly, wtf? More like pomegranate and pomelo, if anything.
Based on the description, I was expecting something light and sweet, but this is rather a very heavy and unbalanced ferment.
