I was really looking forward to these beans
A smell of corn after opening
It's probably some kind of roasting or storage defect, but the flavor is flat and the body is watery

Method of preparation: V60 + Cafec Abaca filter
Coffee (g): 15
Water (g): 225
Water temperature: 96
Grinder (settings): 5.0 ZP6, burr lock at -0.5
Process: Brita filtered water. Double bloom: 45 g 30 sec each, then pour up to 225 g within 15 sec and wait. Aim for total brew time of 2:00/ 2:30 min. In my case 1:50. ref: Lance Hendrick method.
My first attempt recipe and I was very surprised by the result. Delicious cup! Maybe not the optimal one but a very good starting point for the next brew.

This is the best decaf I've ever tasted. It smells and tastes like Haribo gummy bears—the yellow ones, to be exact!
A refreshing lemon flavor—perfect for summer!
The flavor is so delicious and complex that I wouldn't believe this coffee is decaf.

Didn't have to play with the recipe, got it right on the first try
Distinctive notes + rich body
Tastes better than most caffeinated coffees I tried in my life

Definitely a pleasant decaf.
Don't expect anything spectacular.

Balanced and fruity
Would have preferred a bit lighter roast to be fair, as it’s definitely on the darker side of light to the point of having a slightly burnt smell when brewing.
