About Jizba Luhačovice

We roast coffee so that we can introduce you to new and specific microlots and their taste diversity and complexity which is determined by the territory it's grown in, variety and its method of processing.

We take a modern approach to roasting, using innovative technology such as a data logger with real-time computer logging. This means that you can be sure that you can count on consistency in quality- that is, if we can agree on the most suitable method of brewing, or if you attend one of our training programmes where we can make sure that you take good care of our coffee.

Our doors have been open since 2015. You can share the passion for good coffee or wine inside or outside in our summer garden in front of the Jizba (building). We're open to hosting parties, celebrations, workshops and degustations, or you're more than welcome to organise it on our premises yourself. You can also exhibit your own work on our premises- some authors original might get the lucky spot on our coffee packaging.

Beautiful aroma, very pleasant taste.
The body of this coffee corresponds exactly to the description - it is full, creamy and really leaves a "buttery" taste in the mouth.
The coffee is just the right amount of sweet and sour, neither flavor overpowers the other, but on the contrary, they are perfectly balanced.
In hot coffee, you can mainly smell sweet spices, after it cools it goes more into vanilla/chocolate. I also smelled a light fruitiness from it - like notes of juicy apples.
A really great Christmas limiter that I really enjoy drinking! :)
