A perfect fall in a single cup!
The barrel-aged notes aren't aggressive at all. On the contrary, they create an incredibly pleasant and delicate flavor.
If you're looking for something special for a chilly morning or a relaxing afternoon, this is absolutely fantastic.
Recipe
Brew Method: V60
Coffee (g): 22
Water (g): 350
Water Temperature: 92
Grinder (Setting): Wilfa Svart CGWS-130B (FILTER setting / 1–2 clicks toward AEROPRESS)
Process: Bloom with 60 g of water for 45 seconds, then pour continuously to 200 g, pause briefly, and slowly top off to a total of 350 g. Total time approx. 2:45; sometimes it takes up to 3:00 min.
