Really disappointed by this coffee. Even for a natural decaf, roast level is too strong. I'm still looking for the "Elderberries, Peach, Strawberries" notes. It's a "smoky dark roast coffee" taste with a harsh long after-taste final.
In the bright side, it still has some acidity and a juicy taste.
For this price (or even cheaper) you can find better (light roasted) decaf on Kofio.
Did this coffee on v60 (medium coarse, 91c, t90 filter, 1:15 2:45" total time, 00:45" bloom) similar has my last decaf, flat bottom 85c also iced (brew at 85c) where some floral note survived.
