The aroma of it is so good that my girlfriend is now searching for a perfume that has the same scent! I swear!!! It’s very fruity and sweet, in a very balanced way! It’s definitely one of the best coffees we ever tried. The blueberry flavor it’s almost like a strawberry (which I personally love) and the vanilla is super smooth and light!
The can style is super cool!!
I wish it was at least 250g… or more!
Recipe
Method of preparation: V60
Coffee (g): 14
Water (g): 240
Water temperature: 92°C
Grinder (settings): manual grinder for filter
Process: pour 100g of water and let it bloom for 30sec, than pour 50g each 30sec
