Unfortunately, we do not provide post-warranty repairs and we do not know of a specific authorized service center for this type of device. However, if you would like to resolve the situation outside of the warranty, we recommend contacting a regular electrical service or a skilled electrician – they can often deal with such faults. Good day,
the kettle boils water for about 20 minutes and it doesn't matter if it's at 92 or 100 degrees. But every approx. 20 heatings will boil water in the declared approx. 3 minutes. Is this a defective piece or am I overlooking something in the settings?
