This teapot is also called ibrik, džezva or whatever - the basic shape of these vessels has been perfected over the centuries. Our aim was to bring a new contemporary look.
Anyone who would like to really win with coffee and at the same time stick to traditional customs, could be absorbed by the džezva. In our regions, dzhezva is called Turkish coffee (but be careful not to confuse it with Turk :)), but dzhezva (ibrik, cezve) comes from Yemen, the country where the coffee plant and coffee were first cultivated in the form we know today. It came from Yemen to Turkey during the time of the Ottoman Empire and has since become rooted in Turkish culture.
