Bodum's range of products has a new kid on the block- a fantastic milk frother. The soft plastic cap has a deep rim to prevent milk foam from flowing through the funnel. The whipping piston holder is very pleasant to hold.
In less than 30 seconds, you can easily turn preheated milk into thick milk foam. Once you have used the milk froth, you can easily wash each part of the Bodum LATTEO whisk in the dishwasher.
How to make perfect frothed milk:
1) Fill the container with COLD milk (skimmed or semi-skimmed) up to the mark (approx. 0.25l)
2) Place the container on a flat surface.
3) Put the lid with the whisk on the container and close the funnel.
4) Froth the milk by pulling the plunger up and down, pull and push approx. 60-90 times (you will feel the milk start to thicken).
5) Leave the milk to rest for approx. a minute. During this time, it will become thicken up even more.
6) If you want the milk foam hot, heat it after you have frothed if for around 30-50 seconds on the highest power in the microwave (don't forget to remove the plunger cap first).
7) Done!
