Bonanza Coffee

Bonanza Coffee Roastery was established in 2006 by a group of young coffee enthusiasts, who decided to open up a cafe in Berlin, the heart of Germany. It all started with fair trade coffee, but over time the roastery found that the term "fair trade" was tainted with lies and discrimination, which of course didn't align with their culture. 

This naturally led to the search for new sources of quality, which the roastery started paying increasingly more attention to. Paying for quality rather than quantity moved the roastery closer to the source, and helped them build direct relationships with coffee producers around the world. It's these relationships that keep the roastery in a good mood and help it grow. 

Another crucial aspect that Bonanza never cuts corners on is taste. Most of their portfolio is made up of coffees that have something extra- something that will make you feel like you're not just drinking a regular cup of coffee. It's this modest surprise that sets Bonanza apart from its competitors. Cheers!
