Autumn Coffee Roasters is a Polish coffee roastery and training centre located in the city of Płock. It was founded jointly by Magdalena Chylińska and Krzysztof Blinkiewicz.

Magda wears the pants in the roastery (in other words, she's the boss). She's is in charge of logistics, business, orders and sales. She is also in charge of the selection and purchase of green beans. In addition to these duties, she often participates as a judge in Polish coffee competitions. Everyone's heart is taken by her kind voice and love for coffee.

Krzysztof is a coach, juror and roaster. He is an authorized SCA trainer for courses on green coffee, sensory training and coffee preparation. He is also the coordinator of education for the Polish division of the World Coffee Organization (SCA) and a member of the Coffee Roasters Guild (association under SCA). In case you weren't impressed enough, he is also a juror for national and international competitions and enjoys participating as a competitor. For Krzysztof, the term "speciality coffee" means uncompromising quality. As soon as you ask him anything about coffee, prepare a chair and a cup of coffee, you won't be able to stop him, but you'll learn more than you could ever expect.

They are absolute experts when it comes to anything coffee related. Their goal is to create unique coffee that reflects the character of the farm on which it was grown and their varieties. They also want to spread knowledge about coffee, mainly through their training centre, where they run Coffee Skills Program courses. As they not only like to judge in competitions but also actively participate in them, we can keep our fingers crossed for them at this year's Roast Masters competition, which will take place in March 2021 in Amsterdam.
