The packaging is beautiful. It's a joy to open a new coffee every day.
The flavors can be smelled.
The coffee has a strong German flavor and roast. I don't know why, but I can just tell it's German.
All coffees smell almost the same (before grinding).
I also find the roast very dark (German).

Suitable for espresso
Too dark roast, almost as if I got the espresso roast by mistake, checked around 10 coffees
Even too dark for espresso for my taste

I had potable coffee for visitors.
At first it could only be drunk with milk.
I had a little idea why you discounted it right after release. Not much taste of Christmas coffee from Concept. Difficult to process.
Almost undrinkable at first without milk. Kurnik, someone just broke a 20 CZK milk mixer from Ikea... After I get paid, I buy something better straight away and I don't even lend it to people in the household.
Recipe
Preparation method: Flair espresso Classic/Signature line
Coffee (g): 15g
Water (g): 38g
Water temperature: 82
Grinder (settings): J-max 1-4-0
Process: straight 8 bars and gradually decrease. Without pre-moistening the coffee.
