Maybe it's me, but this coffee doesn't win me over. I tried it on the V60, I tried it on the Aeropress, again on the V60, I even borrowed the French Press, but no matter what I did, it came out conservative with not much fruit. But objectively, it is again a TOP raw material from Gardelli (as I could see for myself this week in Forli) where everything just fits and clicks like clockwork. This is probably my fault. So I rate it more average.
