One of the better washed Ethiopia this year
It smells beautiful
Simple coffee for everyday drinking
I was expecting a bigger bang for the fact that it's Scot Rao's coffee
Recipe
Preparation method: V60
Coffee (g): 15 g
Water (g): 270g
Water temperature: 70C - Bloom only, 97C rest of the recipe
Grinder (settings): C40 -22 cranks
Process: 30g bloom - 60g - 100g -200g -270g.
Don't be afraid of higher temperatures, at 91 degrees and a coarser grind, the coffee is undrinkable
