One of the best Ethiopians I've ever drunk - full, creamy, sweet with minimal acidity and hazelnut bitterness.
Great for both Aeropress and Chemex
Surprisingly good even in a mocha pot if you like a fruitier cup of stronger coffee.
It is not sensitive to preparation, I don't have to strictly follow the recipe and it always tastes great.
Won't be around forever :(
