As soon as the wonderful strawberry-sweet aroma wafted over me from the cup, I knew I was going to like this coffee!
A really great Christmas limited edition, the taste is very balanced, with mild acidity, rather sweeter.
Anaerobic coffees from Naughty Dachshunds are not as pronounced as others, so I can safely recommend this coffee even to those who do not like very strong coffees and sharp flavors. :)
This is the ideal coffee for those moments when you watch the snow fall outside the windows with a cup in your hand, in short, a super Christmas limited edition.

Water (g): 300ml
Water temperature: 95°C
Grinder (setup): 22clicks Timemore Chestnut C2
Process: 40ml - 200ml - 60ml
