I can recommend it, it's really one of the best I've tried this year
As in another review - the first sips did not convince me much (such a strong black tea brewed for a long time), but gradually after the drink cools down, the acidity becomes apparent.

Coffee (g): 20
Water (g): 300
Water temperature: 92-93 and without reheating after watering
Grinder (settings): Commandante 35 cranks
Process: -> 0:40 (30g), -> 1:30 (+70g, 100g), -> 2:00 (+100g, 200g), -> 2:30 (+50g, 250g), -> 3 :00 (+50g, 300g)
