Slightly reminiscent of the taste of Coco Bongo. It's sold out and I miss it so much, this coffee reminds me of it. Although there is no coconut or pineapple here, the processing creates a similar profile.
It is possible to tune the profile both to a more sour side with berries and a minimum of bitterness, and to a more dense taste with cloves, almost tobacco and less acidity.
Totally fits the profile. I had lower expectations, but the coffee exceeded them. :)
