via Aeropress, there's nothing better than starting with a Rolls Royce between roasters and Gardelli is without a doubt. El Arcangel is an excellent coffee, just fruity with a wonderful finish. In the taste of peaches and strawberries of Aerpress, a more caramel finish, on V60 a fresh start. Definitely recommend.
