The best cleaning agent for your machine and accessories
Trusted brand with long history of quality product
Very little product needed for a deep clean, which in turn makes it very cheap
No residual aftertaste
Do NOT use to soak plastic
Remember to wash thoroughly to get rid of the slimy feel

I use the Sage Barista Pro for backflushing and it works great
Not even one teaspoon is enough for leverage
It can also be used to bathe levers and accessories (also polishes steel nicely)
It's a hydroxide, so the mixed liquid is slippery and probably not ideal to handle with bare hands
