Great technical processing. The individual parts fit together without play, even after a year of use. The design looks modern, minimalist and clean. The fineness of grinding can be set for practically all types of coffee preparation - the grinding stones are centered, so very fine grinding is not a problem (a common deficiency in other grinders). Easy maintenance, the material (stainless steel) and the possibility to buy additional grinding stones practically extends the life of the grinder beyond mine, so I reckon that someone will inherit it. :)

A small and compact grinder, yet sufficient for grinding coffee to approx. 700 ml. It also exists in a larger version.

The price-performance ratio is clearly the best on the market. If you don't want to bother grinding your coffee by hand every morning... this is a great option.

I ordered it for home use but it doesn't have enough coffee tank volume for me...otherwise it grinds well and fits my kitchen

For me, the manual grinder is the clear choice, despite the higher price. I have one at home and one at work. Great build quality, holds up well and is also suitable for travel.

Tomáš Jonák: Good day, Tomáš. Both grinders are very similar, but I would still recommend Porlex. Its all-metal construction, easy handling and compact size are also great for traveling (you can insert it directly into the free space of the AeroPress). When used at home, Porlex has a better-designed lower container that does not need to wear out over time. Best regards Eliška :)
