Excellent hand grinder. In comparison, the uniformity of grinding is an order of magnitude higher than, for example, with Wilfa Svart. With the French press, the coffee is clear with a minimal occurrence of large "dust" particles, and the taste underlines the character of the coffee without the occurrence of unpleasant sour notes (for coffees with low acidity). I consider the glass collector as a big plus, which (in my opinion) is much easier to clean than plastic ones, either with a brush or in the sink. Grinding itself is relatively quick (I have no experience with other manual grinders in this price category), you can process 15g of coffee in about 30 seconds, depending on the coffee. When turning the lever, the grinder creates a solid feeling and you can literally feel how it "bites" into the coffee beans. Perhaps the only minor minus is the occasional feeling of the grinder slipping in your hand while grinding, which is caused by the shape and surface of the grinder - you just hav...Moree to hold the grinder firmly and it's not a problem that should discourage you from buying (e.g. Kina solved it with a "thumb rest" on the body of the grinder). When you buy it, you definitely get a product with a premium aura, a workhorse for daily use, a kitchen companion for many years, and all this in a small design and a timeless design.
